Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items eligible for return must be damaged, broken, or the wrong size.
- We do not accept returns due to color differences in stones, as these are natural products, and variations in color are expected.
- Change of mind is not covered under this policy, and such returns will not be accepted.

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the item has been shipped back to our warehouse and received in satisfactory condition.

Non-refundable Items:
- Items on sale, gifts, “buy one get one free” offers, special promotions, lucky draws, end-of-series items, and clearance items are non-refundable.

If the product is damaged or defective, Infinity Wisdom will cover the return shipping costs.
